Defibrillators
Ampfield Parish Council manage four public-access defibrillators at the following locations:
- Ampfield Village Hall (purchased with grants from our Borough and County Councillors)
- Ampfield Recreation Ground (purchased with grants from our Borough and County Councillors and installed by Redington Home Services)
- Potters Heron (donated by Potters Heron)
- Entrance to Wheelhouse Park/Ampfield Meadows (off Baddesley Road) (kindly donated by Inspired Villages and installed by Martin Hatley)

Each of these, and others nearby - all of which are known to the ambulance service - can be found on this map Defib finder – find the defibrillators nearest you.
However, in an emergency phone 999 and you will be directed to the nearest operational defibrillator - this is the advice of the ambulance service. The operator will provide you with the location and code to open the cabinet.
