Welcome to the Ampfield website

Ampfield is set in beautiful countryside about two miles to the East of the picturesque country town of Romsey, and about seven miles south of historic Winchester, the ancient capital of Wessex. The River Test and its lovely valley are two miles to the north-west, and the New Forest is about eight miles to the south-west.

In an aim to make communications as easy as possible we have signed up to Twitter. Please follow us on Twitter to get the latest info about what's happening in our Parish.

 Test Valley Borough Council Consultation 

Test Valley Borough Council is currently consulting with members of the public to help inform the development of its next Corporate Plan. The new Corporate Plan will set the strategic direction of the Council over the next four years and beyond from 2015. The Corporate Plan consultation survey asks the public to choose their priorities for the Council and to explain why the issues they selected are important to them.

The Ampfield Market 

Saturday 6th September in the Village Hall 10am to 12am   

There will be an exhibition ( previously shown at St Mark’s) giving details of fourteen Ampfield men who died serving in the conflict of World War One with some memorabilia.
